How long are your lease terms?

Our lease terms are month-to-month. No really, they’re month-to-month. We know what it’s like to be a startup on a tight budget, so we’ve come up with an office space solution that’s affordable, painless, and risk-free. If you need to cancel, just give us 30 day written notice.

What does it cost to move in?

In addition to your first month’s rent, we require 1 month’s security deposit which is fully refundable, and a one-time setup fee.

How do I sign up?

We’re glad you asked! We’ll email you an agreement to sign electronically, and you can move immediately!

What kinds of events do you host for your members?

Events at HatchStation are designed for you to network and gain actionable ideas to grow your business. Events we’ve hosted before include pitch competitions, Google Adwords workshops, virtual reality arcades, and lunch and learns on startup fundraising.

What other fees are there?

None! We have no hidden fees at all, and won’t nickel-and-dime you.

Can I access other locations?

Yes. You get free access to all HatchStation locations as part of your membership. Ask your Community Manager for details.
